TIKI PAVILION

Make the Gulf of Mexico your screensaver for the day. Side coverings can be lowered to enclose the space or you can let the sea air flow through. The pavilion’s location right on the beach is perfect for team-building activities and creating a feeling of openness among attendees. Plus, you’ll be in position to end with one of our incredible sunsets.

Beach Break Bridal Suite

Enjoy an intimate space for all of your pre wedding and special event moments. Complete with comfortable seating, vanities, mirrors, and the ultimate lighting, it is the perfect space to get glam and connect with friends and family on your big day.

SUNSET BALLROOM

This 2,280-square-foot space comes complete with an expansive terrace, and the interior room has an open floor plan. Discuss last month’s metrics or brainstorm next month’s marketing strategies within a tranquil environment.

GARDEN COURTYARD

Host outdoor gatherings for up to 200 guests in this festive venue. Strung lights and lanterns adorn the trees and provide a captivating atmosphere for evening events. With 5,616 square feet, the courtyard is just right for product launch parties, company picnics, and holiday events. 

THE GARAGE

This large space features a slick, industrial-chic look and is appropriate for all-day use, as we can reconfigure the seating for sit-down meals or cocktail receptions. The 1,450-square-foot room can be customized in any way needed for large-group sessions and breakout activities.

EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM

Located just steps from the Sunset Ballroom, the boardroom offers 200 square feet with a large conference table and comfortable chairs to accommodate 10–15 people. Of course, just because it's called the boardroom doesn't mean you have to host a corporate event—this room is also ideal for Fantasy Football draft days and other small gatherings. In any case, let us help you close out the day with a cocktail hour and dinner.
