Is a deposit required at the time of reservation?

Yes, Postcard Inn is an advance deposit hotel requiring the first night’s lodging plus applicable taxes and resort fee to be charged at the time of reservation.

By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?

This depends on which rate or arrangement you have booked. You can see the cancellation policy in the rate description and on your reservation confirmation.

Where can I see the booking conditions?

The booking conditions will be shown in the booking process under "details". You will also find them on your booking confirmation. For more information on our reservation policies please click here.

Can I check-in without my reservation number?

Yes, in case you forgot your reservation number, you can check-in anyway by stating for which name the booking has been made.

What are the typical room amenities I can expect when staying at your hotel?

All rooms include a mini-fridge, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, in-room safe, Wi-Fi, remote control television with cable, alarm clock, voice mail system, hair dryer, and bath amenities.

Are there places to eat while on property?

There is a full-service restaurant featuring varied exceptional cuisine as well as several other dining options. Check out your dining options here.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.

What are the hours of the outdoor pool?

The pool closes at dusk. Some holidays, peak periods and holiday weekends may feature amended hours of operations.

Are outside coolers permitted at the outdoor pool?

No, outside coolers are not permitted at the outdoor pool. However, there are many dining options available at the hotel for your enjoyment.

What is the Resort Fee?

The Resort Fee is a mandatory daily fee of $29 added per room (not per person). This fee includes wireless internet access, complimentary parking for one car, two bottles of water, and access to the gym (on property). Resort fee is subject to tax.

Is parking complimentary for hotel guests?

Guests with hotel reservation are provided one parking space per unit. Additional parking space(s), if available, incur an additional nightly fee.

Can I bring my pet?

Bring your furry friend along on your next vacation or weekend getaway. A one-time fee of $75 applies. Please note that pets are not allowed at our outdoor pool and at St. Pete Beach.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?

All public areas and rooms have wireless Internet access.

Do you offer special discounts to Florida residents?

Do you offer non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily so that your item probably has been found by our

housekeeping team.

Are beach towels provided by the hotel?

We provide towels for the outdoor pool only. Beach towels are not provided by the hotel.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

Although complimentary transportation is not available, our front desk staff can assist with a host of options.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Do you offer a rewards program?

We currently do not have a rewards program.
