Reservation Policies

Guarantee/Cancellation Policy:

All reservations for our St Pete Beach lodging require a deposit of one night’s room and tax taken at the time of booking. Any cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made 5 or more nights prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations or changes to your reservation within the 5 day window will result in a charge to your credit card in the amount of one night’s room and tax.

Please note: Minimum stay requirements and alternative deposit policies may apply during weekends, holidays and special events. After official check-in an early departure penalty of one night’s room and tax will apply for shortening leaving prior to the original check out date. Group rates at our St Pete Beach hotel are available through our Sales & Conference Services Team.

Incidentals:

Upon check-in, your card issuing bank will place a hold on your debit or credit card for room & tax charges, any applicable resort fees, plus $150.00 for incidentals per day for the entirety of your stay.

Check-In/Check-Out:

The check-in time at our St Pete Beach hotel begins at 4:00pm. Checkout time is before 11:00am.

Age Requirement:

Must be 21 years or older to check-in to our St Pete Beach resort.

Dog Policy:

We love Fido! The Postcard Inn welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs will be charged a $50 per day non-refundable cleaning fee; capping at $250 per dog. Maximum of two dogs per room. Room type and location restrictions may apply. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Local policy does not currently allow pets on the beach.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is allowed on property only in designated areas. It is NOT allowed in guest rooms. Should you, or a member of your party, smoke inside a guest room, a $500 fee will be charged to reimburse management for the additional cost of cleaning the room.

We will do our best to honor any special requests.

St Pete Beach Resort Amenity Fees:

Your Postcard Inn experience should be hassle-free. To that end, we have taken typical hotel extra charges, discounted them and rolled them into a Resort Amenity Fee of $45 per night (plus taxes). This fee covers:

One self-parking pass per room (Daily rates apply for additional parked vehicles)
Fresh-baked cookies in the lobby

Additional Information:

Usage of the pool is limited to registered Postcard Inn St Pete guests only.

Rollaway beds are available by request for $50 per night (plus taxes, subject to availability). Please note a maximum of 4 guests per queen room and 2 guests per king room.

Postcard Inn on the Beach allows one car to park, which is included in the Resort Amenity Fee. Additional cars may be accommodated based on availability at an additional fee.
