Celebrate the LGBTQ+ Community at St. Pete Pride

Celebrate everything under the rainbow during St. Pete Pride in gorgeous Downtown St. Petersburg this June. Every summer, the inclusive, 4-day event draws 250,000 people with live concerts, street festivals, and pride parades along Bayshore Boulevard, located right on the Tampa Bay.

Say hello to Florida summer with ample green space, palm trees set against a bright blue sky, and sweeping views of the bay. St. Pete Pride takes the cake as the largest in the state, and its wide swath of event space maintains a good flow of pedestrian traffic. It's a great opportunity for visitors to get a feel for the area. Enjoy event locations from Bayshore Boulevard and downtown's Grand Central District. Participating businesses and local acts help to fortify the event with food and street festivals and an outdoor concert at North Straub Park.

The main event, of course, is the Pride Parade on Bayshore Boulevard. Over 5,000 parade participants woo the crowd with dazzling floats, bedazzled costumes and some good-ol razzle-dazzle to celebrate the beautifully vibrant and resilient LGBTQ+ community.

The annual street festival will be held in city's Grand Central District, which has long been a bastion of Tampa Bay's gay community. Gay nightclubs, LGBTQ-friendly businesses and the LGBTQ Welcome Center stand at the cornerstone of this part of town, which has long-welcomed people from all walks of life.
