The Coast is Clear

In case of any concern over the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and it’s affect on the businesses and attractions around Postcard Inn, be assured Florida’s Gulf shoreline is unaffected. Our coast is clear and open for business. In fact, the threat of landfall remains confined to a comparatively small stretch in the Panhandle of the state some 300 miles away. For more information on the oil spill please visit the Florida Travel Advisory page at VisitFlorida.com

Or you can visit the St. Pete / Clearwater Visitor’s site here.

See you soon!

When Hockey Players Invade

We would like to thank the participants in Palm Coast Hockey Tournament down in Ellenton for staying at our St Pete Beach Hotel this past week, not mention masking the sweet smell of the courtyard with sweaty gym bag. No wonder they were all down my the pool on Thursday.

Mainly from Canada, the teams are made up of the “older dudes” of hockey. Some ex-professional, some purely recreational but all sharing a passion for hockey as well as a good time.

See you guys next year?
