Bealls Photo and Commercial Shoot

IMG_1387

As mentioned in a previous post, Bealls Department store held a casting call at Postcard Inn and had shown an interest in shooting their photo / commercial shoot here as well. And over the past couple weeks, they’ve been doing just that.  Last week we were glad to welcome Beth Studenberg of Miami, who along with the Bealls crew snapped some shots around the property for their upcoming spring collection, and I was lucky enough to hang around to see the pro at work. With an undeniable talent for bringing out the “personality” in her subjects, Beth photography has been used by Cosmo, Glamour and Target to name a just a few.

And this week the film crew was in town to film footage for their TV spots. Armed with 2 RED cameras, shooting HD, a few hand picked models from around the state and some beautiful weather, the shoot began in picturesque Ft. Desoto before moving up the beach to Postcard.  Thanks to Bealls, the Dalton Agency and all who were involved with the project for bring so much life to our little locale. Can’t wait to see the ads!
